Question submitted by Caleb Dawson

Bordeaux is the most famous french wine area.

Bordeaux is located along the Atlantic Ocean, in the South West of France.

Bordeaux hosts some of the most famous wineries such as Petrus, Margaux, Cheval Blanc, Haut Brion, Mouton Rothschild, Yquem and many others.

Bordeaux includes many famous areas such as Margaux, Pauillac, Saint Emilion, Pomerol, Sauternes...

However people in Burgundy will tell you that their region - Burgundy / Bourgogne - offers the best wine. Wine such as Romanée Conti, Clos Vougeot, Pommard, Meursault are among the best in the world.
