What is the grape variety in Chablis?

Chablis is a single grape variety wine. Only Chardonnay gro in Chablis.

In Chablis, people call Chardonnay under the name of Beaunois.

And of course there is only white wine in Chablis.

Chablis is a typical mineral wine with aromas of butter and nuts. It is a dry white wine, fruity and vigorous.
