What are the grapes that produce the Dom Perignon champagne?
Question submitted by Anthony Pereira

Dom Perignon is one of the best champagne, if not the best. It is a champagne produced only when the grapes are in excellent condition and therefore made only in exceptional years. The last vintage in the market was 1999.

Dom Perignon champagne has 52% of Chardonnay and 48% of Pinot Noir.

Dom Perignon is produced by Moet & Chandon.

Dom Perignon was a 17th century monk who was the first to understand the process of champagne making.
