Protect wine from light

The ultra violets of the sun destroy tannins and therefore kill the wine.

You need to put the wine bottles away from light, in a dark place such as a natural cellar, a cabinet, or a wine cooler.

The wine cooler's door prevents UV to get into the cooler. The bottles do not receive any UV and so can be kept for a long time.
